Psychological Assessment & Diagnoses
Psychological and neuropsychological assessments are tailored to your specific concerns, questions, and goals. Services range from focused, interview- and questionnaire-based evaluations to comprehensive, in-person neuropsychological testing. Depending on your needs, an evaluation may include intellectual (IQ), cognitive, academic, adaptive functioning, social-emotional, and diagnostic testing, including the ADOS-2. Assessments can help clarify concerns related to ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disability, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, and other developmental, cognitive, or emotional conditions. Every evaluation includes a free initial consultation, testing, a virtual feedback meeting to review and explain the results, and a written report outlining the findings and individualized recommendations.Cognitive Evaluation pricing starts at $900

Psychoeducational Assessment
Psychoeducational assessments provide a comprehensive understanding of an individual’s learning profile, including academic strengths, areas of difficulty, and factors that may affect success in school. Each assessment is tailored to the referral questions and may evaluate areas such as cognitive abilities, academic achievement, learning and memory, attention, executive functioning, and social-emotional functioning. Services include a free initial consultation, a comprehensive psychoeducational assessment, a virtual feedback meeting to review the results, and a written report detailing the findings and individualized recommendations. Independent Educational Evaluation
An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) offers families an objective, comprehensive assessment when they have questions or concerns about a school district’s evaluation. Each IEE is tailored to the student’s individual needs and may include record review, parent and teacher interviews, school observation, cognitive and academic testing, and assessment of processing, executive functioning, adaptive skills, and social-emotional functioning. Services include a free initial consultation, a comprehensive written report, a virtual feedback meeting to explain the findings and recommendations, and virtual or in-person attendance at one IEP meeting. IEEs may be privately funded or paid for by the school district when authorized in accordance with applicable special-education procedures.Starting Price $4000 - please reach out for complete fee structure
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling provides personalized support for anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, and overall well-being. Sessions are offered on an hourly basis and are tailored to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals, with an emphasis on developing practical strategies, building resilience, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.$200 for a 50-minute virtual session
Parent Coaching
Parent coaching offers practical, collaborative support for caregivers navigating the challenges of raising children and adolescents through every stage of development. Sessions may address behavior, communication, routines, emotional regulation, executive functioning, developmental transitions, family dynamics, and other parenting concerns. Rather than providing individual counseling to the child, coaching centers on helping caregivers better understand their child’s needs, develop effective strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable changes within the family.
Parent coaching is available as individual 50-minute sessions for $200 each or as a six-session package for $1000. The six-session package includes a 20-minute complimentary initial consultation to identify priorities, establish goals, and develop a personalized plan for your family.Professional Development & Speaking
Drawing on more than a decade of experience in education and psychology—as well as my ongoing work as a university instructor—I offer engaging, evidence-based presentations tailored to schools, universities, professional organizations, and community groups. Topics may include neurodiversity, autism, ADHD, executive functioning, learning disabilities, mental health, behavior, assessment, and supporting students and families. Insurance and Payment
A Marbled Purpose is currently a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. We are actively working toward participation with select insurance plans.Upon request, we can provide a superbill for eligible psychological services. A superbill is an itemized statement that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan, benefits, deductible, authorization requirements, and the services provided.Before beginning services, you may wish to ask your insurance company:Does my plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?Are psychological assessment and testing covered?Is prior authorization required?What deductible must I meet before receiving reimbursement?What percentage of the allowed amount will my plan reimburse?How do I submit a superbill or out-of-network claim?
Clients are responsible for payment to A Marbled Purpose at the time of service, regardless of whether an insurance company reimburses any portion of the cost.Please note that insurance coverage for psychological assessment varies considerably. Some plans cover medically necessary diagnostic assessment but exclude educational, academic, learning-disability, coaching, consultation, or other services that are not considered covered healthcare benefits.
